Meet Dr. Harris

Dr. Harris holds a Doctorate in Business Administration from Wilmington University in New Castle, DE. She has over fifteen years of experience in aligning business strategy and objectives with established project management and process optimization paradigms. These optimized paradigms are used to achieve maximum results with minimum resource expenditures. She also, believes in “beneficial disruption” when it leads to collaborative decision making.

Dr. Harris is an outcomes-focused thought leader with an established reputation for identifying and mitigating risks and bringing teams together to achieve business goals. She is an exceptionally dedicated professional with keen interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills, as well as decision making, policy development, and resource allocation expertise. People, honesty, transparency, communication, and relationships are the cornerstone to her leadership philosophy.

Dr. Harris is a native of Louisville, KY, but has also lived in OH, PA, and MO. She has been married for 8 years to her husband Dr. Anthony Harris, has two boys Asher (6 years) and Ethan (5 years), and two dogs Pharaoh (13 years) and Otis (9 months). She has a variety of hobbies and interest, including, traveling, podcasting, murder mystery dinners, board games, and is a novice gardener. Pre-COVID she and her husband volunteered together at the Kentuckiana Ronald McDonald House and hope to resume volunteering in the House once COVID is more under control.
